Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear in its original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the shipment.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
